The Training & Facilitation Manager will work with other INRC staff members to achieve the goals set forth by INRC. The Training & Facilitation Manager will work with the Outreach Coordinator to create and enhance collaborations for the community's benefit. The Training & Facilitation Manager will manage, organize, and enhance INRC's training programs, including the Indianapolis Community Building Institute (ICBI), the Youth Community Building Institute (YCBI), fee-for-service community building programs, and individual workshops. The Training & Facilitation Manager will also collaborate with the Outreach Coordinator to manage Neighbor Power Indy, INRC's signature annual event.
The Outreach & Engagement Manager manages the outreach, engagement, and recruitment functions of INRC utilizing the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) philosophy. The Outreach & Engagement Manager will support INRC's mission by informing constituencies about INRC services, programs, and activities. The Outreach & Engagement Manager will also collaborate with the Training & Facilitation Manager to manage Neighbor Power Indy, INRC's signature annual event.
